Terms applicable to the purchase and use of Xeno Tools credits.
Last updated: October 11, 2026 (version 9)These terms of sale (the “Terms”) govern the purchase of credits on the Xeno Tools website (xenotools.pro) and their use. They are entered into between you and the seller:
Any purchase of credits implies prior and unreserved acceptance of the Terms in force on the day of purchase, which you confirm by ticking the box provided before payment. They are available at any time at the bottom of every page and can be saved or printed.
Xeno Tools offers online tools, including a resume builder, that can be used for free. Some advanced features use credits, deducted from your balance when you use them:
The “same resume” means the same document in your “My resumes” space, including when it is opened on another device through your account; a copy (“Duplicate”) or a new document is a new resume. The free, unlimited PDF is made of image pages bearing a “Xeno Tools · free version” watermark: its text can neither be selected nor read by recruitment software. Only the PDF without watermark is a professional text document.
No credits are offered on sign-up. With your first purchase, a welcome bonus of 15 credits is added to the credits of the chosen pack, once per email address (including after deleting and recreating the account). This bonus is raised to 30 credits if you were referred, under the terms of the referral program. Free credits are not refundable.
The cost of each feature is displayed before use. If a process fails, the credits charged are automatically refunded to your balance. Features based on artificial intelligence produce suggestions that may contain errors: it is your responsibility to review and validate your resume before using it.
Buying and using credits requires an account, created for free with a sign-in link sent by email or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your email address or Google account confidential. An account is personal: it may not be transferred or shared.
Credits are sold in packs, at the following prices:
Prices are stated in CFA francs (XOF), before payment fees. Amounts displayed in euros or dollars are indicative only: payment is always charged in CFA francs. Payment processing fees charged by GeniusPay are paid by the buyer: 100 FCFA + 1 % of the pack price. They are added to the pack price in the amount to pay, displayed before any payment; Xeno Tools receives no share of them. Prices may change; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of purchase.
After choosing a pack and accepting the Terms, you are redirected to the secure payment page of GeniusPay, the payment provider, where you pay by mobile money (Wave, Orange Money, MTN Money, Moov Money) or by bank card. Xeno Tools never has access to your payment details. With a card in another currency, your bank converts the amount, possibly with its own fees.
The sale is concluded as soon as the provider confirms the payment. A refused, cancelled or expired payment results in no charge and no order. Your purchase history is available on the Pricing page.
Credits are added to your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds; some mobile payments may take a few minutes to be processed by the operator. If your credits do not appear within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, write to us at contact@xenovialabs.com stating the date and amount: we will fix the situation after checking.
Credits are personal, linked to your account, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money. They do not expire and remain usable as long as your account exists. If a paid feature or the service is permanently discontinued, you will be informed at least 30 days in advance so that you can use your credits.
Deleting your account, which you can do at any time, results in the permanent loss of remaining credits; you are warned before confirming.
Credits are digital content supplied immediately after payment. By ticking the box provided before payment, you expressly request this immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the credits are added to your balance, insofar as the law applicable to you allows. If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, this waiver is provided for by European regulations on digital content.
Purchased credits are not refundable, except: payment charged without the corresponding credits being delivered, payment charged several times for the same purchase, or lasting impossibility to use the service through our fault. In these cases, write to us at contact@xenovialabs.com: the refund is made to the payment method used, within a reasonable time after checking.
Xeno Tools implements the means necessary for the proper functioning of the service, without being able to guarantee permanent availability (maintenance, technical incidents, third-party services). You remain solely responsible for the content you enter and for the use you make of the documents produced: Xeno Tools guarantees no result, particularly in terms of recruitment. Remember to export or save your documents regularly; by default they are stored in your browser.
You keep all rights to the content you enter and may freely use the resumes and documents produced with the service, including for professional purposes. The website, its templates, its design and its code remain the property of Xenovia Labs and may not be reproduced outside this use.
The data processed when you make a purchase and use the service is described in our privacy policy.

These Terms are governed by Ivorian law. Failing an amicable solution, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Abidjan, subject to more favorable mandatory provisions of the law of the consumer’s country of residence, which continue to apply.
Xenovia Labs may amend the Terms; the Terms applicable to a purchase are those accepted at the time of that purchase.
