Rules applicable to referrers and referrals in the Xeno Tools referral program.
Last updated: October 9, 2026 (version 2)The referral program allows anyone with a Xeno Tools account (the “referrer”) to recommend the service and earn a cash commission on the credit purchases of the people they recommended (the “referrals”). It is offered by Xenovia Labs and creates no relationship of subordination, mandate or agency: the referrer acts fully independently.
Joining is free. It implies acceptance of these terms, which you confirm by ticking the box provided before getting your link. The terms of sale also apply to credit purchases.
Each referrer receives a personal link and code. A person becomes the referrer’s referral:
Linking is only possible for an account that has not yet made any credit purchase. It is permanent: a referral does not change referrer, and the first recorded link prevails. No one can be their own referral.
The referral uses the code or link only once: once linked, all their later purchases earn commissions, with no new entry.
The referrer may replace their code with a code of their choice (nickname or name), up to 5 times. Their previous codes remain valid, stay reserved for them, and changing the code does not affect referrals already linked. Codes using the Xeno Tools brand, the name of a third party or a brand without permission, or offensive or misleading content are prohibited: Xenovia Labs may replace such a code.
With their first credit purchase, the referral receives a welcome bonus of 30 credits instead of 15 credits. This bonus replaces the usual welcome bonus (it is not added to it) and is granted only once per email address, under the same conditions. Pack prices remain unchanged.
A commission is only due on a purchase actually paid and confirmed by our payment provider. Free credits do not give rise to any commission. If a purchase is refunded, the corresponding commission is cancelled; if it has already been paid out, its amount may be deducted from later commissions.
Commissions are only due as long as the referrer’s account exists and is not suspended at the time of the referral’s purchase.
Each commission becomes available 14 days after the purchase that generated it (payment verification period). Once the available amount reaches 5,000 FCFA, the referrer can request a payout from their referral space.
Commissions are paid in money only, in CFA francs, to a Mobile Money account (Wave, Orange Money, MTN or Moov) held by the referrer. They cannot be converted into credits. Transfer fees are paid by Xenovia Labs. Each request is checked before payment, usually within a few business days; proof of identity may be requested.
The referrer is responsible for the accuracy of the number and name provided: a payout made to the details provided is final.
The following are prohibited in particular:
In case of breach, Xenovia Labs may refuse a payout request, cancel the commissions concerned and suspend or close the referrer account, after informing the referrer.
Commissions are income for the referrer. It is their responsibility to declare them and pay any taxes and contributions due under the law of their country of residence.
The referrer only sees the number of their referrals and the amount of their commissions, never their identity or their use of the service. Payout details (name, operator, number) are used only for payments; payouts made are kept as accounting records. Details are in our privacy policy.
Deleting the referrer’s account ends their participation: a payout request not yet processed is cancelled, and unpaid commissions are lost. Remember to request your payout before deleting your account.
Xenovia Labs may amend these terms or end the program by informing referrers at least 30 days in advance. Changes only apply to purchases made after they take effect. If the program ends, commissions earned remain payable on request, even below the minimum amount.
